Chapter 478 "My Darling, My Love, I Am Coming~~"
Ming watched as Enyo fell down, confident in his calculations. "This should be precise," he murmured to himself. Considering the windspeed, force, and altitude, everything was accounted for. Now, all he hoped for was that the rope wouldn\'t snap.
The rope was made of spider silk, crafted meticulously by Ming. The tenacity of the spiderweb was unmatched, and to not use it as a rope seemed a waste. When summoning Enyo, Ming swiftly cocooned it in the webbing, then cast it downward with the attached rope.
Whoosh!
As Enyo descended, it rolled in the air, its eyes fixing on the human above. A silent exchange passed between them; Enyo\'s gaze seemed to say, "Thank you," to which Ming\'s eyes softly replied, "You\'re welcome."
Perfectly positioned, Enyo hovered just above the town. And so, the chaos began.
It was undeniable that when it came to stirring up trouble, Enyo was unparalleled. In a blink, the swarming boars attacking her turned on each other, creating a frenzy of flashing blades and spilled blood.
Black-haired Pig Demon, standing on the ramparts, stared at the ensuing turmoil. Amidst it all, a graceful, golden-haired female zombie caught his attention.
"!"
"!!"
"Halt!" he bellowed. "Step aside and let none dare challenge me!"
Brandishing his weapon, Black-haired Pig Demon plunged into the chaos, sweeping foes left and right. Dead bodies littered his path.
High above, Ming watched in astonishment, then understanding dawned on him. Of course, in his human days, Black-haired Pig Demon was fond of clubs. From their brief exchange, Ming realized that Black-haired Pig Demon still retained most of his human tendencies. Since the apocalypse, it seemed he hadn\'t laid eyes on beauty, especially given the absence of any female companions among his minions.
The appearance of Enyo drove him to madness. He roared, "Those fighting, keep your distance! Don\'t dare harm my beauty!"
While shouting, they fiercely attacked the black and white underlings ahead, showing no mercy.
Seeing this, Ming felt pained. "If you kill them all, what remains for me? I can\'t afford a loss now."
So you won\'t come out? Longing for beauty, are you? Eyes filled with desire, I see.
Very well. Today, I\'ll show you the true meaning of allure!
Ming commanded his eagle, slowly heading towards Black-haired Pig Demon, pulling the rope in his hand. Enyo, suspended in mid-air, swayed gracefully. In Black-haired Pig Demon\'s eyes, she appeared ethereal.
Salivating, Black-haired Pig Demon looked up and proposed, "How about a deal? You give me that beauty, and name your price."
"You will be my puppet," Ming declared, his intentions simple and direct.
"No way!" Black-haired Pig Demon firmly refused, wiping away his drool. "Absolutely not!"
Though he drooled with desire, a sliver of sanity remained, giving him temporary clarity. He then roared, "If you\'ve got the guts, bring her down. Let\'s face off one-on-one. If you defeat me, I\'ll become your puppet. But if I win, she stays, and you leave."
"No deal," Ming retorted, commanding the eagle to fly out of the city with Enyo.
At the city\'s edge, Black-haired Pig Demon watched longingly. "Leaving so soon? Stay a while longer."
Ming landed and swiftly drew a sketch depicting a frog capturing a woman. He had crafted this especially to communicate with Napoleon through images. Handing the sketch over, he said, "Collect her."
[Your Napoleon understood and immediately attempted to collect Enyo. Once successful, he croaked at Black-haired Pig Demon, "Hey, join me, serve under me, and I\'ll gift you this beauty." Black-haired Pig Demon, drooling yet defiant, responded, "Do you think I\'d serve for you? Dream on!"]
[Your Napoleon gazed at you, Ming, and remarked, "Da Vinci once said you possess an array of beauties. This time, for me, could you use them? Just briefly. After all, Ming, I love you."]
"..."
A chill ran down Ming\'s spine. Truly, those who liked to deceive, whether man or beast, were disgusting to the core. Yet, he still affectionately patted Napoleon\'s head, for the creature had just sparked another idea in him.
Ming directed the tall zombies around him to form an impenetrable circle. He then summoned Jenna, Anne, Jessica, Wendy, Lolita, and Serena.
[Your Napoleon croaked at Black-haired Pig Demon atop the city walls, "Look at this! Ming\'s about to pull his big move. The last time he did this, countless foes met their end." Black-haired Pig Demon scoffed, "Do you think I scare easily?"]
[Your Napoleon turned to you, Ming, "We\'ve talked big today. Now we must act boldly. If this works, I\'ll grant you any wish, including myself."]
"..."
Ming was thinking, "You\'re already mine!" He then ventured outside the circle of zombies, setting up metal spikes beneath the city walls. They weren\'t steel pipes, but they\'d do the trick.
From above, Black-haired Pig Demon laughed heartily, "Planning on using spike traps against me? You\'re too naive! Ha-ha-ha!"
At that moment, he spotted a beauty dancing around the spikes.
"!!"
Wiping the drool from his mouth, Black-haired Pig Demon remarked, "Trying to lure me out? Dream on!"
Ming remained calm. The first dancer was Anne, whose allure was rather modest. Next, he instructed Jenna to emerge from the tent. Holding a metal spike, she began to dance. Truth be told, Jenna was a true dancer, with every move impeccably executed.
"!!!"
Black-haired Pig Demon swallowed hard, "You... you underestimate me... Do you think I haven\'t seen true beauty before?"
Your Napoleon whispered to you, Ming, "Thank you. Keep it coming."
"Go!"
Ming gestured, and Jessica and Wendy stepped out together, dancing around two other spikes.
"!!!!"
Black-haired Pig Demon, leaning on his rake, murmured, "I won\'t be swayed!"
"Next!"
Ming called out, and Lolita joined the dance.
"!"
Black-haired Pig Demon covered his mouth, striving to control his drooling; after all, too much would make a river. Nonetheless, he leaned forward, extending a hand as if to grasp something. "You... you\'re killing me with this torment," he groaned at the cunning human. "I won\'t step out there!"
[Your Napoleon croaked, "Little Piggy, the beauties are waiting for you! Come on, unleash your nature." Black-haired Pig Demon, panting heavily, replied, "Toad, stop calling. Look!"]
[Your Napoleon then looked at you, ming, urging, "Continue, that pig-headed fool is on the verge of surrendering. Just look at his eyes; he\'s entranced."]
"Hmph," Ming scoffed. Is he not coming out even now?
In that case, it was time for a grand move. Ming swiftly planted his divine spear into the ground, snapping his fingers as he did. At that moment, Serena approached, walking in a sultry manner and stopping before Ares\' spear.
"Heh heh," she purred.
"Awoo~"
"Woof woof~"
"..."
Napoleon\'s forces swarmed in from all sides, arranging themselves into a semicircular audience, seated and attentive.
"Hmph!"
At that moment, the monochrome pig soldiers on top of the fortress walls began leaping down one after another, landing in a frantic rush. They formed another semicircle, opposite the first.
"Roar!"
Black-haired Pig Demon, drooling profusely, bellowed, "You bunch of fools, get back here!"
After this command, his eyes fixed on Serena.
"!!"
With one leg already beyond the walls, Black-haired Pig Demon stepped fully outside, proclaiming, "I am undone by you, you wretched mortal. I... I will watch from afar. I won\'t come down! What can you possibly do to me, hm?"
Your Napoleon looked at you, Ming, observing, "The effects are splendid, but that pig hasn\'t left the stronghold. What now?"
"Heh," Ming smirked, snapping his fingers once more. "Everyone put your clothes on properly," he commanded. "Not a hint of skin should be exposed!"
A ripple of movement passed through the group.
"!!!"
Upon witnessing this scene, Black-haired Pig Demon couldn\'t help but salivate uncontrollably. Who wouldn\'t, given such a spectacle?
He leaped down from the wall, a lascivious grin on his face, as he ran forward and hollered, "My darling, my love, I am coming~~"
Suddenly, he halted, realizing— a trap!
Retreat!
Black-haired Pig Demon fixed his gaze ahead, then turned and retreated swiftly into a large tent, where he found himself ensnared in another quagmire.
The tent flaps closed behind him.
