Chapter 257 Seize Him
"Who is it?" Yang Feng got back to work. He did not plan on paying a lot of attention to his secretary. There were a lot of documents which needed to be looked over by him.
"It’s her father."
The silence was deafening.
Chen Gaonan trembled in his shoes when the air around the room became destructive. He repeatedly wiped the cold-sweat off from his forehead with a handkerchief.
CRACK!
Chen Gaonan let out a tiny yelp when the pen in his boss’s hand broke in two. He gulped.
"Seize him." Yang Feng tossed the pen into the trash can. "Contact Zhao Moyao immediately." He crossed his hand in front of him, resting his face upon it. He was lost in thought. What kind of sick and twisted father would do that to his own daughter?
Yang Feng worried for his woman. An uncle was disposable, but a father was not. "Keep Zhao Lifei’s family members far away from my woman." He was sure Wang Nuoli and her youngest daughter would be the first to panic when Zhao Wenjin disappears.
"Kidnap him discreetly." Yang Feng commanded.
Chen Gaonan bowed his head, "Yes, Sir." He would make the kidnapping look like an accident. No one would ever know who the real perpetrator was. The tracks could easily be erased and no policeman nor private detective could ever find out the truth. He would make sure of it.

When the black Maybach drove through the gates at Cerulean Water Pavilions, the servants in the house were notified. After word was received that the woman in question had moved to President Yang’s house, many workers were sent to work elsewhere.
The employees made two rows in front of the entrance. A car rolled up to the pavement and a chauffeur dressed in all black came out.
He went to the door, opened it and stepped aside to let Zhao Lifei and Yang Ruqin step out of the car.
"Welcome home, Madam and Young Miss Ruqin." They greeted in unison, with their hands tucked either in front of them or to their side. They followed the protocol and bent their body to perform an exact ninety-degree bow.
An elderly man and woman in their late fifties stepped forward, ready for any orders.
"Prepare a bath and a change of clothes for Yang Ruqin." Zhao Lifei notified them as she approached the two. Then she walked off with Yang Ruqin in tow.
Hu Wei saw their entire exchange and was not surprised by it. Her indifferent behavior was expected, just like that of a wealthy heiress, especially the one who was taught from a young age how to become a perfect matriarch. He waited for both the ladies to be out of his sight before climbing into the car and driving back to the headquarters.
Yang Ruqin accompanied the maids upstairs while Zhao Lifei explored the enormous house suitable for a large family. She wondered if this could be her children’s second home. Her foot stopped by the staircase. There it was again. The same thought about children. She was so occupied by Yang Feng, she had forgotten her old habit of placing a hand upon her stomach.
Zhao Lifei finally found the master bedroom where her items were stored. There were lots of clothes in the closet and the majority of them were newly purchased by Yang Feng. She grabbed the closest thing she could find which was a loose cream-colored dress with sleeves that reached her elbow. It was silky smooth and she wore it with ease. The dress stopped a few inches above her knees and was modest enough to not reveal too much — which was very suitable for the restaurant.
Zhao Lifei sent a quick text to her private driver. She sat down on the vanity, opened the jewelry box and as expected, it was lined with priceless accessories. She shook her head. He truly knew how to spoil his lover.
Zhao Lifei placed the finishing touches on her outfit and walked down the stairs. She could see from the foyer that a car was parked outside.
"Oh, Feifei, where are you going?" Yang Ruqin asked from the top of the staircase.
"I have a business lunch to attend. I will be back before you know it." Zhao Lifei bid her goodbye and stepped out. The driver came out to open the car door for her, she got in and gave him the location of the restaurant.
