Chapter 92: The Sinners Downfall [2]
"Kekeke, what a fine specimen they are if I can find a way to make them obey me would you mind if I turn them into my summons?" Sieg\'s face was filled with joy which was always stuck on a facade that would fool everyone else to see him as a man who doesn\'t find any sort of joy
"You sure about that? I heard the reports submitted by our members, it\'s said that they have a stat line that can even overpower them," Razor\'s words only enticed him the more he hears about their abilities along with their teamwork
"Kuuuggh that\'s the best part of being a Summoner we tame every kind of Magical Beast in the world. Our pleasure comes from dominating and leading the ones below my power, if I added them to my roster my Summon Damage would not only increase. But my military power would increase if I can add another weapon of mass destruction to my arsenal," Sieg\'s glasses were flashing after he met a rather interesting situation, The appearance of their enemies. And the other one was the leopards that were slaughtering everything in their path leaving not a trace of the remainder of their victims
With their lives on the line, they set their goal of eliminating their enemies, along with their plans for containing the Magical Beast that entered their Base. While they were making their way into the surface of the Base that was fuming with an abundance of toxic chemicals at every floor level. The team that comprises Morris, Airis, and Lillith we\'re on the lowest floor where they were targeting the troops that we\'re hiding behind the barricade they have painstakingly built from the ground up just for it to be brought back to the ground. With an explosion that took the lives of those near the barricade that was impaled by the broken wood or were crushed by the heavy equipment they used to block their entrance
"Hello, It looks like you need to call the repair man for that busted door, hi im Christoper... Morris, seriously? Is that how you treat your guess charge at them with your weapons, hey bastard can\'t you stop crying out loud? I\'m trying to introduce myself here, not gonna what I say. Well, that guy is dead," He killed the player that he severed an arm a minute ago after he didn\'t listen to his complaint against the noise he was emitting. After he pulled his dagger out of his body Morris glanced at the ones that were frozen in place, from the Killing Intent he was emitting they saw him as a devil, and one brave soul unlike any other asked his reasons for arriving in their room
"What do you come here for?" Said the player while his whole body was shaking in fear with the malice that he was spreading all over the room
Surprised by the player\'s actions, instead of pointing his weapon in his direction he kneeled after he dropped the weapon to the ground instead of attacking. The results of his sudden visit to the room were not to his expectations yet he only gave them a chance to explain their actions
"Tell me why are you kneeling even though you already knew that your death, has been decided don\'t tell me you want to join my side? You want to become useful to me in order to leave this place alive, is that what you want? I\'m a busy man so I\'ll remain to be seated only for a few minutes," Morris grabs a hold of a chair that he reclines while he sets a timer that would alert him after a minute had passed
[Why are you being so hesitant? Just kill them, if they\'re you\'re enemy then you have to kill them]
\'His right, I know that it\'s a hassle to wait for their answer, but my Appraisal hasn\'t failed even once,\'
[Appraisal: A player with similar origins to the player Christopher Morris has been detected]
\'No doubt about it, one of them is my reader if they notice that line, I said they\'ll already have the answer to my question. If they weren\'t able to give me the right answer then my I might have some players for Sun and Moon,\'
"Owner, how long will we have to wait?" Sun was feeling her stomach grumbling after she breathes in the air with a hint of blood that came from the player he recently killed
"Can\'t you wait, it\'s like im talking to a child, the two of us had been a month old for Familiars we\'re basically an adult," Moon scolded her inside the distorted space within Morris\'s chest
\'They\'re truly a mystery, Familiars would adopt the personality of their owners the two of them are a special case. They\'re an entity yet they share the same mind, my personality has been cut in half. Moon adopted my Aggressive behavior, Energetic, and Wits he\'s very loyal to me, while Sun is the opposite of Moon, she adopted my Laziness, Stupidity, Arrogance, and Cautiousness. She\'s not loyal she\'s a fucking mess, now that I think about it, dissing her is kinda like dissing a part of me,\'
"You hear that even Owner agrees with me, you\'re always laying down on the distorted space you\'re not even moving. You\'re a slob and a disappointment how is it that im paired with you,"
"Shut up, I can\'t control my hunger okay, you never adopted the Owner\'s worldly desires, you can\'t blame me if im lazy!!!"
They argued on and on about their differences from each other, while the timer that he previously set created a noise that even the members were able to hear. After he shuts the timer he only had one player approach him a Black haired boy that was in his teens slowly walked toward him, covered in bruises at every corner of his body. The boy\'s face and his bruises were a spitting image of his youth it was like looking at a mirror that reflected his horrible past, the boy got closer and he retrieved his Killing Intent only for a player to yell at the boy to disturb the two of them
"Zeke you little brat if you know the answer then hurry it up you piece of shit!!!" A single yell from the player that was hiding behind the crowd sends shivers to the badly beaten boy. This whole scenario reminded him of his own experience, even though he felt sympathetic to the kid he still needed his question to be answered. He sends out a Shock that created the sound of lightning, near the area where the voice of the player that threatened the boy
The power of the spell was enough for anyone who came in contact would easily perish while their body would sear once they came in contact. The boy\'s face brightens a little bit with his actions to scare the player that he assumed to be the kid\'s bully. Without anyone to interfere after he displayed his strength they soon began to freeze in fear when they saw the spell burn a hole in the wall he struck. The kid told him his answer to his question that no one was able to answer for no one was a reader except for him
"I don\'t kneel for you to spare my life, I\'m but an ally of your enemy whether I got lucky and was able to join your team. I would only slow the process till the day has finally come when im not useful, to be kept alive. I only wished to be given a swift and painless death with a single swing of my enemy\'s blade instead of a painful death that would fill my body with pain and suffering. I kneel to you for your mercy if I don\'t have another day to come please kill me without just a single strike," Zeke uttered every line that he could remember and raised his head after only to see a Mana that was building in Morris\'s hands. Ready to cast a powerful skill to be unleashed he kneeled again when his death was about to come, yet the outcome he predicted was not what he believed. At his back were the remains of his previous comrades and at his front was a man that would later become his superior
"Your name is Zeke am I right? Good you know how to nod to my question, congratulations Zeke it looks like you remembered it from start to finish. As a Congratulatory reward for your great performance back there how about, I introduce you to my own, this person who is standing before you is Christoper Morris. If you wish to leave this place and start a new, would you like to take my hand?" Morris offered his hand to the snot-nosed brat that cried once help had finally reached him. An angel didn\'t descend only a monster that came from the depth of despair came into his aid and devoured his comrades
\'A loser unlike any other person and a great figure that would reach out to aid him on his journey. A cycle that I once experienced has now made its way back to me, yet im, not anyone that\'s great. For I am only a person that knows how to survive, if he wishes to live then I\'ll teach him what I know, for he is the weakling that I once was,\'
