Chapter 1369 1363: CKC, Shattering Records

Fortunately, they still had characters outside of the Ascendants that were strong too. For example, the Imperial Clan\'s royal talents! Yet their envy kept brewing as Wei Wuyin\'s name kept echoing in their minds, living rent-free, garnering regret that their seniors hadn\'t submitted to Wei Wuyin earlier.

Now that he was a Worldly Saint recognized by the Alchemic Dao as a mere mortal under the age of a hundred, those who sought to submit would definitely be given lesser treatment and importance than those who joined at the time of the Neo-Dawn Starfield\'s founding. This would inevitably trickle down to affect them, the talented juniors that needed resources the most!

"How far will they reach now?" The Chosen speculated and discussed as they watched the Ascendants vanish into the Blue Path of Bitterness. It was said that the Blue Path of Bitterness requires strength on equal terms as a Mystic Star Phase-an Exalted Ascended. While they were wildly considered as \'false\' Ascended beings, that title did not diminish the astonishing power they wielded.

Whether cultivators of the society admitted it or not, Mystic Star Phase cultivators were at the Mystic Ascendant Realm! They were in an entirely different stage of cultivation! The King of Everlore was quite vicious in establishing this as the Blue Path of Bitterness requirement, especially when the five hundred years age limit was added.

Off to the side, a pair of grey eyes opened from cultivation, observing the shamelessness of the Commanders as the Ascendants jetted into the blue path. Na Xinyi had spent this time with Lin Ziyan, refining the Spirit Core with Divine Origin using her Nine-Point Yin Physique\'s pure Yin Energy. Her initial results were stellar. She felt as if her Spirit Units, the foundation of her Astral Soul, were undergoing a miraculous shift that greatly boosted its properties and qualities.

Unfortunately, the Spirit Core would likely take three months or so to fully refine without distractions. The Everpath Voyage only lasted eighty-one days. She would be pushing the deadline even if she gave it her all. However, she intended to refine a sizable portion of it before moving to challenge the walls.

Lin Ziyan\'s brows suddenly furrowed. "Sister Xinyi," she sent out as a spiritual transmission. She hadn\'t wanted to disrupt Na Xinyi\'s cultivation efforts, so she remained silent thus far, but seeing her wake, she didn\'t hesitate in the slightest to call out to her.

Na Xinyi looked at Lin Ziyan with a raised brow. "I sense someone looking at me, but I can\'t figure out where," her words caused Na Xinyi\'s brows to furrow. Lin Ziyan was a beauty, so eyes were roaming towards her ceaselessly from these male Chosen with vigor. Even Wu Baozhai had been courted despite the occasion. Some men truly pushed the envelope on timing and appropriateness.

However, Lin Ziyan\'s current tone seemed to indicate the matter was serious. She didn\'t hesitate to touch Lin Ziyan\'s body, sending a wisp of Spiritual Sense within. The latter accepted it as it tethered to her own sense. Lin Ziyan fully trusted Na Xinyi. When they were both in dire straits, one crippled and the other dried out, they only had each other as the others went out on adventures and cultivated greater heights with Long Chen.

During that time, Na Xinyi bore many of her heartfelt insecurities and even her very soul to Lin Ziyan. While one had been mostly unable to respond, the event caused their relationship and bond to be far stronger than the one with the others. In much the same way, Wu Baozhai and Xue Yifei\'s bond was stronger due to their rivalry, and Qing Qiumu and Lian Yu from their time meeting at their weakest, fighting against all sorts of life-and-death circumstances.

Instantly, Na Xinyi sensed the same sensation; Lin Ziyan\'s flowing blood was thrumming slightly within her veins, instigating this degree of discomfort she felt. Her grey eyes shone with a faint yin light, chilly and pervasive. Her eyes darted to a location.

The entrance of the blue path.

A blurry figure vanished within before she could get a good look. She furrowed her brows as a dark, threatening light glinted within her grey eyes.

"They entered the blue path," Na Xinyi told Lin Ziyan. The timing was far too impeccable to be a coincidence.

"Who was it?" Lin Ziyan asked, exhaling a breath of relief after the sensation vanished.

"I don\'t know, but I\'ll find out," Na Xinyi said. She constructed a hand-seal, touching Lin Ziyan\'s bountiful chest, branding a mark on her skin, and then Na Xinyi touched the underside of her own ample chest where her heart was located and placed a similar mark. Lin Ziyan didn\'t resist, but she blushed slightly at the directness.

"Let\'s go," Na Xinyi brought Lin Ziyan toward the Blue Path\'s entrance. She intended to find out who was spying on Lin Ziyan so deviously that they resorted to hiding at the moment of being found. While she was aware that Lin Ziyan was likely given all sorts of protections by Wei Wuyin, to the point Earthly Saints might not be able to do anything to her, she felt that she needed to handle this matter herself, if only to prove to herself that she could protect those around her with her strength.

The two entered. Shockingly, they arrived together despite the displacement power of the formation. Na Xinyi\'s branding marks glowed with a dazzling radiance, pulsating in synchronization as if they were one.

"Oh, my heavens!" Lin Ziyan exclaimed as she saw the 61st Wall of the Everpath Voyage. There were countless holes within as if it was swiss cheese. Moreover, these holes all exuded notable fluctuations of power, sufficient enough to stagnate the repairing.

She saw a few shocked fellows who had entered out of curiosity being stunned, and then they saw the opportunity and exerted their greatest speed to flit through the slowly repairing holes.

"The Ascendants!" Na Xinyi softly whispered as she frowned. What were they doing? She held Lin Ziyan\'s hand as they flew toward the wall, entering through a hole sufficient to fit three people. They weren\'t even trying to hold back. As she moved through it, she realized the strength of the 61st Wall was slightly greater than an ordinary Pinnacle Starlord\'s depicted power according to the Grand Cyclic Stellar Region\'s standards.

Passing the 61st Wall, the two saw several comets of light soaring through the skies against the pressure, aiming for the larger holes in the 62nd Wall. The repairs were extremely slow.

What were they doing?

"Why is it so slow in repairing?" Lin Ziyan couldn\'t fathom how the formation was functioning so ineffectively. Na Xinyi glanced her way before grabbing her. They were wrapped in silk of yin as they moved at breathtaking speeds. In seconds, Lin Ziyan received her answer with widened eyes.

There were thousands of thousands of vast, gaping holes littered throughout the 62nd Wall. Some were small, but so concentrated that the damage dealt to the surroundings was greater than some of the larger ones. She noticed the various powers lingering at the edges of each hole and even pervasively infusing into the wall.

"Intent!" Lin Ziyan figured out why the formation was having difficulty repairing. Na Xinyi nodded to confirm her thoughts. There were thousands of various Intents in every iota of Astral Force that blasted through the walls, and these Intents were being grinned away first by the formation, but the focus was split into too many directions trying to do it all at once. This inevitably led to the wall\'s repairing function being slowed down all over.

"Moreover, each wisp of astral force has signs of Permanence. They were in too much of a rush to retrieve their astral force."

They moved to the 63rd Wall. At this point, the devastation was even greater. It seemed the Ascendants only increased their output of power on each wall. At this point, the power within was borderline touching upon the Mystic Ascendant Realm.

The 64th, 65th, and 66th Walls were all the same. Na Xinyi inadvertently caught sight of a terrifyingly light-attributed sword force with a uniquely fragrant scent that stimulated the senses. It could only belong to Hong Chunhua, the First Commander! The damage it was Inflicting was horrifying. There was a long, light-pulsating sword scar across the 66th Wall, creating a gaping hole.

"Wouldn\'t everyone get a free ticket to the next path due to this?" Lin Ziyan idly commented as people kept rushing through the hole-ridden walls excitedly.

"Consider it their fortune," Na Xinyi calmly stated. Those who dared to challenge the Blue Path now would gain a benefit that others couldn\'t. This was their fortune granted by their bravery and will to face an obstacle that exceeded Mortal Limits.

Soon, they reached the 71st Wall. This wall had halted the young Empress Xiaocheng long ago, granting her notoriety that attracted the eyes of the Aeternal Sky Divine Emperor. Now, the wall that had once served as an obstacle for thousands of years had been left in total disarray.

Na Xinyi sensed a particular aura that caused her eyebrows to twitch slightly. She moved toward it and discovered a large gush the size of half a mile sliced across the wall. The air permeated with Imperial Heaven Aura.

"Sister Baozhai," Lin Ziyan recognized the aura too. Shockingly, however, she did not recall any memory of Long Chen after sensing this aura. Slowly but surely, that existence was having less and less influence on her. To her, the Imperial Heaven Aura was tied to her memory of the Founding Monarch Wu Yu and Wu Baozhai\'s images.

This wall was already as strong as Exalted. The fact Wu Baozhai could exert this degree of power meant her strength exceeded Mortal Limits.

The two moved to the 72nd Wall. This wall required the genuine rivaling strength of a Mystic Star Phase expert to break through! Suddenly, a gushing air blasted them. Within that air was a faint, bone-shuddering draconic roar!

Lin Ziyan shielded her eyes as her heart raced. When the air calmed down, she looked at the wall, and her eyes widened to an absolute limit!

There was a dragon claw mark swiped across the 72nd Wall. It was utterly gargantuan and it reached three miles in length and overwhelmed the sight in height!

Na Xinyi inwardly rolled her eyes. The two women were competing? How childish. Despite saying that, her fighting spirit riled from the sight. None of them were ordinary cultivators, each possessing astonishing cultivation methods, so she was curious who was stronger.

While she said this, she frowned as the figure that had watched Lin Ziyan had already left the area. She cursed the Ascendants for allowing them to escape. "Let\'s go." Bringing Lin Ziyan with her, they exited and returned to the Docking Stage. When they did, they could see more and more figures discussing avidly as some decided to rush into the Blue Path of Bitterness\' entrance. Unfortunately, while the repairing formation was slowly working, it didn\'t mean it wouldn\'t repair itself. These newcomers will find themselves unable to pass the walls so easily!

The Ascendants had already left, with many holding energetic conversations regarding how they had all left the Blue Path with god-like swiftness. The words \'new era\' floated about ceaselessly. Moreover, the record of the Empress Xiaocheng had been broken! But she didn\'t care about that. Empress Xiaocheng was a fragment of an ancient past, her records held little meaning to the upcoming new era.

The figure wasn\'t here; she moved to the Indigo Path!

This path was meant for Mystic Ascendant Realm cultivators!

The 73rd Wall!

When Na Xinyi and Lin Ziyan entered, they were welcomed by an astonishingly world-shattering sight!
