"Yeah, Su Rou, it's your first day as the General Manager and you've already offended a major client. Who will respect you after this?" Su Ya grinned, revealing a mocking look in her eyes.
"I, okay, I'll drink one more." Su Rou sighed, gritted her teeth, and downed the glass of red wine.
However, just after she finished the drink, she felt her body weaken, and she collapsed onto the chair, unable to muster the strength even to get up.
"Is there something wrong with this wine?" Su Rou felt a chill in her heart as she looked pleadingly toward Su Jun.
However, their faces were filled with a cold, sinister smile.
Su Jun pulled back the room's screen and bowed, "Master Chen, I apologize for the wait. This woman, Su Rou, has been drugged, and now, no matter how you abuse her, she can't resist."
Chen Renjie emerged from behind the screen, his eyes greedily scanning Su Rou as he sneered, "Haha, that loser Ye Ling dares to oppose me; now, I will toy with his wife and put a green hat on him!"
"Animal!" Su Rou trembled with rage, staring at the door and shouting, "Assistant He and the rest of you, come in quickly! Don't let this beast touch me!"
Her cries were hoarse, but not a single person came to check on the situation. Su Jun smirked coldly and said, "Stop screaming. I've already sent them away. This entire floor is controlled by Master Chen's men; no one will come to save you!"
"No, you inhuman beasts!" Despair flashed in Su Rou's eyes as she thought, "Ye Ling, I'm sorry, I can only preserve my purity through death now!"
She bit down hard on her tongue, ready to commit suicide when suddenly her phone on the table rang. Su Rou reached for it, but Su Ya snatched it away. Looking at the number, she sneered, "Master Chen, it's a call from that loser, Ye Ling. Shall we turn up the volume so he can hear exactly how his wife is being played with?"
"Absolutely!" Chen Renjie laughed boisterously, his blood boiling. He licked his lips and shouted, "Turn the phone's volume to the maximum! I want Ye Ling to hear clearly how his wife moans beneath me!"
"Haha, Master Chen, you really have a taste for drama!" Su Ya laughed, trembling with glee as she turned on the speakerphone in front of everyone.
From the other end of the phone came Ye Ling's icy voice: "Chen Renjie, I'm already downstairs. If you don't want to die, release Su Rou now!"
"Hehe, this idiot thinks he's somebody. The entire KTV is filled with my men; what can he do even if he knows?" Chen Renjie scoffed and ordered the manager beside him, "Arrange for men to make sure no one disturbs us by coming upstairs!"
"Don't worry, Master Chen, I've already stationed our guys at the staircase. They'll ensure he can't set even one foot on the second floor!" The manager snapped his fingers, and immediately, a dozen robust men equipped with steel knives and rods emerged, laying ambush in the staircase and corridor.
"No, Ye Ling, don't come up, they'll kill you!" Su Rou cried out in agony from the chair. She struggled to rise but was slapped down to the floor by Chen Renjie.
"Bitch, you're still thinking about that wild man, huh? Lie down nicely for me. If you serve me well, perhaps I might spare you and your husband's lives." Chen Renjie snarled viciously, his hands grabbing Su Rou's straps, ready to tear them off.
Su Rou closed her eyes in despair, but Su Ya and the others widened theirs, taking pleasure in the scene before them.
Su Rou, oh Su Rou, who made you so blind as to choose Ye Ling, such a loser? It serves you right to be bullied!
At the door in the hallway, a man large as a tower burst out like a fierce tiger, collapsing the chests of the dozen or so thugs arranged by the Chen family with his blows, leaving them on the ground foaming at the mouth.
"Is this trash all you've got to come at me with?" Ye Jiu said with a sneer, then violently smashed the door open. With a bang, the wooden door shattered into pieces, revealing the figures of Ye Ling and another.
"Damn it, didn't you hear my orders? I was just getting down to business here. Who the fuck dares to interrupt!" Chen Renjie roared, swinging his hand to slap the newcomer but was instead met with a slap himself.
With a smack, he felt as if his head was about to be flattened, and the whole person was flung five or six meters away, his head smashing into the wall and bleeding profusely.
"Young Master Chen!" Su Ya's face turned pale, and she quickly rushed over to help him up, then glared and said, "Ye Ling, you've caused a huge disaster. Young Master Chen is the only son of the Chen family. They will not let you off for beating him like this!"
"Ha, even if the Chen family wanted to let me go, I wouldn't want to let them off!" Ye Ling retorted coldly, ordering Ye Jiu to block the door, then flash-stepped forward, grabbing Chen Renjie by the head and lifting him up.
"Ye Ling, what are you doing? I am the young master of the Chen family. My dad won't let you off if you lay a hand on me. He will definitely have you torn to pieces!" Chen Renjie trembled in fear, experiencing terror for the first time. Was this man truly intent on killing him?
"I've already warned you, if you dare to assault my wife, I will kill you!" Ye Ling said coldly, then snapped Chen Renjie's neck with a twist.
Chen Renjie's eyes bulged, and his head drooped lifelessly.
The prominent young master of the Chen family was actually killed in his own KTV!
Everyone was so scared that they began sweating profusely and trembling in their shoes.
"Ye Ling, have you gone mad? With Young Master Chen dead, not even the Su family can protect you. You're doomed, you madman!" Su Jun roared, swinging his hand to slap Ye Ling but was instead grabbed by the throat as Ye Ling stared him down and said coldly, "Su Jun, did you not understand me? Anyone who bullies my wife must die!"
His grip tightened, and with the sound of cracking, Su Jun's face turned a deep red, his pupils dilated in a plea for mercy.
"Ye Ling, please spare my life! We're family, aren't we? How will you explain this to the old patriarch if you kill me?"
Su Jun's knees went weak, and he collapsed to the ground, putting his hands together and looking at Ye Ling with a pleading expression.
"Hmph, for the old Su patriarch's sake, I'll spare your miserable life!" Ye Ling snorted, then casually threw Su Jun to the ground face first.
Afterward, he wrapped his arm around Su Rou and walked out of the KTV.
At the door, a group of Chen family servants stood. They peeked inside, then immediately collapsed to the ground, tremblingly said, "You madman, do you realize the trouble you've caused? You dared to kill Young Master Chen, you're forcing the Chen family to go to war!"
